| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨Gli1及Notch1在涎腺腺样囊性癌（SACC）中的表达及其相关性。［方法］ 采用免疫组织化学方法分别检测57例SACC及30例口腔正常小涎腺中Gli1和Notch1的表达情况并分析它们与临床病理指标之间的关系。［结果］ Gli1在正常组织中不表达，在SACC中的阳性表达率为57.9%，两者之间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。Notch1在正常组织和SACC中的阳性表达率分别为30%和77.2%，两者之间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。Gli1表达与病理分型、肿瘤分期相关；Notch1表达与病理分型、肿瘤分期、是否侵犯相邻组织相关；Gli1与Notch1无相关性（r=0.152，P>0.05）。［结论］ Gli1与Notch1在SACC的发生、发展中具有一定的作用。 |

| Abstract: ［Purpose］ To investigate the expression of Gli1/Notch1 in patients with salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma(SACC) and its significance. ［Methods］ The expression of Gli1/Notch1 in 57 cases with SACC and 30 cases with normal small oral glands were examined by immunochemistry. The relationship between Gli1/Notch1 expression and clinicopathological characteris-tics was analyzed. ［Results］ There was negative expression of Gli1 in normal small oral gland， and 57.9% positive expression of Gli1 in SACC(P<0.05). The positive rate of Notch1 expression in normal small oral gland and SACC was 30.0% and 77.2% respectively with significant difference(P<0.05). The expression of Gli1 related to pathological type，T staging. Notch1 expression related to pathological type，T staging and involvement of cancer adjacent tissue. Gli1 expression didn’t correlate to Notch1 expression(r=0.152，P<0.05). ［Conclusion］ Gli1 and Notch1 may play a role in carcinogenesis and progression of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma. |
