      In recent years, the Zhejiang Cancer Hospital, based on the preliminary exploration of projects and the theory of talent cultivation, and rooted in clinical practice, has divided medical innovative talents into three stages according to age: the "30" starting stage, the "40" growing stage, and the "50" sprinting stage. It has created four integration models conducive to the cultivation of medical innovative talents, namely the integration of medicine and research, medicine and education, medicine and engineering, and medicine and industry. Five guarantee mechanisms have been provided, including policy guarantee, platform guarantee, project guarantee, fund guarantee, and personnel guarantee. Different support in terms of policies, platforms, projects, funds, and personnel is given to young talents, business backbones, and discipline leaders respectively, forming a multi - level, diversified, and full - cycle "three - stage, four - integration, five - mechanism" full - career talent cultivation system for medical innovative talents led and invested by the hospital and jointly cultivated by disciplines. By building talent growth platforms, broadening talent growth paths, and improving talent performance appraisal, the hospital has promoted the rational allocation of human resources, strengthened the talent platform relying on introduced talents, continuously increased the number of innovative medical talents, and significantly improved the quality of self - cultivated talents. This provides talent support for promoting medical scientific and technological innovation and building a high - level research - oriented hospital, and offers strong medical talent guarantee for developing new productive forces and achieving the strategic goals of Zhejiang's "Two Pioneers", "Talent - powerful Country", and "Science and Technology - powerful Country".
