| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析中山市1970~2007年恶性肿瘤发病规律和特点，为中山市肿瘤防治提供科学依据。［方法］ 收集和整理中山市1970~2007年恶性肿瘤发病资料，分析其发病数、发病粗率、中国人口和世界人口标化率、发病构成和顺位等指标。［结果］ 1970~2007年中山市恶性肿瘤世界人口标化发病率为133.07/10万，2005~2007年为212.22/10万。1970~2007年中山市恶性肿瘤发病总体持续上升，而男性肺癌、食管癌、直肠癌、结肠癌与女性肺癌、乳腺癌、结肠癌和直肠癌发病也明显上升。［结论］ 虽然1970~2007年中山市恶性肿瘤发病率位于世界中等水平，女性发病率与全国水平相当，但男性发病率位于全国较高水平，且期间中山市恶性肿瘤发病率持续上升，提示中山市应加强恶性肿瘤的防治。 |

| Abstract: ［Purpose］ To explore the epidemiological rules and characteristics of cancer in 1970~2007 in Zhongshan City, Guangdong province, and to provide scientific information for its prevention and control. ［Methods］ Cancer incidence data were collected from Zhongshan Cancer Registry. Number of new cancer cases，crude incidence, China and world standardized incidence and so on were analyzed. ［Results］ In 1970~2007 and 2005~2007，the cancer world standardized incidence rates were 133.07/105 and 212.22/105 respectively. There were remarkably increasing trends for its incidence rates in 1970~2007 in Zhongshan，also with the cancers of lung，esophagus，rectum，colon for male and lung，breast，colon and rectum for female. ［Conclusions］ The cancer incidences in Zhongshan in 1970~2007 are at medium level worldwide，and those in female are almost equal to the national level in China，but those in male are at high level nationwide. Moreover，there are obviously increasing trends for the cancer incidence in Zhongshan in 1970~2007. It suggests that cancer prevention and control should be enhanced in Zhongshan. |
