| 摘 要: ［目的］ 分析上虞市2009年恶性肿瘤发病和死亡的流行状况。 ［方法］ 资料来源于上虞市肿瘤登记点2009年肿瘤发病与死亡数据。MV%为66.08%，DCO%为1.50%，M/I为0.76。 ［结果］ 2009年上虞市肿瘤登记点共报告新发病例数为2135例，其中男性1352例，女性783例，恶性肿瘤粗发病率为276.82/10万，世界人口标化发病率为224.62/10万（男性303.96/10万，女性159.61/10万）。 登记报告死亡病例为1475例，其中男性988例，女性487例，粗死亡率为191.25/10万，世界人口标化死亡率为152.49/10万（男性219.03/10万，女性95.94/10万）。发病和死亡前10位的肿瘤均为肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、食管癌、直肠癌、白血病、胰腺癌、脑肿瘤、结肠癌、女性乳腺癌。［结论］ 恶性肿瘤是影响上虞市居民健康的重要疾病。肺癌、消化系统恶性肿瘤、白血病、脑肿瘤和女性乳腺癌、宫颈癌应作为上虞市肿瘤防治工作的重点。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the prevalence of cancer incidence and mortality in 2009 in Shangyu city，Zhejiang province. ［Methods］ The data of cancer incidence and mortality were collected from the reported cancer registry in Shangyu，2009. MV% was 66.08%，DCO% was 1.50%and M/I was 0.76 ［Results］ Cancer registry in Shangyu reported 2135 new cases，1352 in male，783 in female. The crude incidence was 276.82/105; and world age-standardized incidence was 224.62/105(303.96/105 in male，159.61/105 in female). Reported cancer death cases was 1475; 988 in male and 487 in female; crude mortality rate was 191.25/105; world age-standardized mortality rate was 152.49/105(219.03/105 in male，95.9/105 in female). The top 10 cancer incidence and mortality were lung，stomach，liver，esophageal，rectal，leukemia，pancreatic，brain，colon and breast cancers. ［Conclusions］ Cancer is still the main disease threatening people’s health in Shangyu city. Prevention and control for cancers of lung，digestive system，leukemia，brains，breast and uterus should be enhanced. |
