| 摘 要: 开放存取（OA）在全球的蓬勃发展为我国肿瘤学期刊的发展提出了要求、创造了条件。我国肿瘤学期刊应尽快适应出版数字化趋势，实现编辑出版系统网络化，创建具有各刊特色的专刊网站，为搭建我国肿瘤学开放存取期刊（OAJ）网络平台奠定基础。建立OA联盟，其战略性目标是减少肿瘤学科学研究资源在获取、共享和使用过程中的障碍；通过多种途径获取OA经费；实行同行评议以确保OAJ的质量；通过政策导向激发肿瘤科研人员对OA出版的积极性，以促进我国肿瘤学OAJ的发展。 |

| Abstract: The development of open access (OA) in the world has raised the requirement and created the condition for the development of China oncology journals.To build China oncology open access journals (OAJ) network platform，China oncology journals should adapt as soon as possible to the trend of the publishing digitalization，realize the editing system network，create the special website with own characteristics.The strategic goals of OA alliance establishment are to decrease the obstacles in the acquiring，sharing and use process of oncology scientific research resources，obtain the OA funds through a variety of ways，ensure the OAJ quality through implement of peer review，and stimulate the researchers’enthusiasm on OA publishing through policy-oriented，in order to promote the development of China oncology OAJ. |
