| 摘 要:［目的］ 根据2009年全国各肿瘤登记处恶性肿瘤登记数据资料，分析我国肿瘤登记地区肾癌的发病与死亡情况。［方法］ 以入选的72个肿瘤登记处的数据为依据，采用一般性描述方法分析肾癌的发病和死亡流行情况。［结果］ 2009年全国肾癌新发病例4 916例，死亡1 619例。M/I为0.33，MV%为76.61%，DCO%为1.22%，UB%为0.69%。登记地区肾癌发病率为5.75/10万(男性7.07/10万，女性4.40/10万)，中标率为3.03/10万，世标率为3.95/10万，累积率(0~74岁)为0.45%；死亡率为1.89/10万(男性2.37/10万，女性1.41/10万)，中标率为0.88/10万，世标率为1.21/10万，累积率(0~74岁)为0.12%。［结论］ 我国肾癌的发病率和死亡率城市明显高于农村，男性高于女性。在不同地区、不同性别中，随年龄的增长肾癌发病率和死亡率均呈上升趋势。 |

| Abstract: ［Purpose］ To analyze the incidence and mortality of kidney and unspecified urinary organs cancer (below named as kidney cancer) in China based on national cancer registration data of 2009.［Methods］ The data of national cancer registration areas in 2009 covered 72 cancer regi-stries. The incidence and death prevalence of kidney cancer were described using general statistical description method. ［Results］ The new incident cases and cancer deaths of kidney cancer were 4 916 and 1 619 respectively. The mortality to incidence ratio was 0.33，morphology verified cases accounted for 76.61%，death certificate only cases accounted for 1.22%，unknown diagnosis cases accounted for 0.69%. The crude incidence rate of kidney cancer was 5.75/105(7.07/105 for male，4.40/105 for female)，age-standardized incidence rate by Chinese standard population (ASR China) and by world standard population (ASR World) were 3.03/105 and 3.95/105 with the cumulative rate (0~74 years old) of 0.45%. The kidney cancer mortality was 1.89/105(2.37/105 for male，1.41/105 for female)，ASR China and ASR World were 0.88/105 and 1.21/105 with the cumulative rate (0~74 years old) of 0.12%. ［Conclusion］ In China，the incidence and mortality of kidney cancer in urban area is higher than those in rural area，and in males they are higher than those in females. The incidence and mortality increase with the rising of age in different areas and different genders. |
