| 摘 要：［目的］ 提高辽宁省恶性肿瘤诊治的整体水平和规范诊治率。［方法］ 采取分层、整群抽取的方法进行基线调查，调查结束后，全省14个市每个市随机抽取两所医院对全部调查表进行复核。［结果］ 编写25.8万字《常见肿瘤规范病历质控标准及书写指南》；选定高年资教员共97名；举办了“辽宁省常见恶性肿瘤诊治规范师资培训班”，为各市培训师资人员290人；举办《质控标准及书写指南》培训班29次，培训累计3594人，培训率达178.1%（3594/2018）；参加培训人员覆盖了259所医院，培训覆盖医院超10.21%，诊治规范率提高近10%。［结论］ 以申办省级课题为契机，对基层医院开展肿瘤诊疗规范培训，指导基层医疗机构开展肿瘤诊疗工作的做法值得推广。 |

| Abstract: ［Purpose］ To improve the overall level of diagnosis and treatment of malignancy and standardized treatment rate in Liaoning province. ［Methods］ The baseline survey was carried out by stratified cluster sampling method，after the survey，2 hospitals in each city in the whole 14 cities were randomly selected to recheck the all questionnaire.［Results］ two hundred and fifty-eight thousand words “medical record quality control standard and writing guide of common tumor” was wrote. Ninety-seven cases high faculty totally were selected；“the training class of malignancy in Liaoning province” was held，and 290 people were trained. The “quality control standard and written guidelines” training class was held 29 times，a total of 3594 people were trained，training rate was 178.1%. The training was covered 259 hospitals，and hospital training rate was over 10.21%.The standard diagnosis and treatment rate has increased by nearly 10%. ［Conclusion］ As an opportunity with biding for the provincial projects，standard training for tumor diagnosis and treatment was carried out in primary hospital to improve their tumor diagnosis and treatment level，is worth popularizing. |
