| 摘 要：金属硫蛋白是一类富含巯基、具有金属结合特性的低分子量蛋白质。金属硫蛋白参与人体内众多的金属调节过程及氧化还原反应，在促进细胞生长、抑制细胞凋亡、诱导细胞耐药等方面发挥重要作用。全文就金属硫蛋白在恶性肿瘤中的表达情况及其发挥作用的可能机制作一综述。 |

| Abstract：Metallothionein is a low molecular weight protein of thiol-rich and metal-binding properties. Metallothionein involve in regulating numerous body processes and metal redox reactions，plays an important role in promoting cell growth，inhibition of apoptosis，as well as inducing cell resistance etc. |
