      摘 要:[目的] 分析β-cat、iNOS和COX-2在喉癌组织的表达情况,探讨三者在喉癌中的作用。[方法] 应用免疫组织化学法检测10例正常喉黏膜和30例喉癌组织中β-cat、iNOS和COX-2蛋白表达。[结果] 正常喉黏膜组织iNOS、COX-2未见表达,而β-cat膜表达。喉癌组织内β-cat胞质大量表达,膜表达明显降低。胞质β-cat表达阳性22例(73.3%),iNOS表达阳性21例(70.0%),COX-2表达阳性23例(76.6%),与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。β-cat、iNOS、COX-2的胞质表达在不同临床分期及有无淋巴结转移患者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而不同年龄、性别及病理分级之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论] 胞质β-cat、iNOS和COX-2过度表达与喉癌分期、淋巴结转移相关。β-cat、iNOS和COX-2在喉癌的发生、发展、浸润和转移中发挥着重要作用。

      Abstract: [Purpose] To explore the expression of β-catenin(β-cat),inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) in laryngeal carcinoma,and to analyze their correlation. [Methods] The protein expressions of β-cat,iNOS and COX-2 were examined in 30 cases with laryngeal carcinoma and 10 samples with normal laryngeal mucosa tissues by immunohistochemical staining method.[Results] β-cat expression was located in cytomembrane wall,but iNOS and COX-2 expression were not observed in normal samples. There was a great quantity of β-cat expression in cytoplasm,only a little or no expression in cytomembrane and nucleus of LC. The positive expression of β-cat,iNOS and COX-2 in cytoplasm of LC were found in 22(73.3%),21(70.0%) and 23 (76.7%) cases respectively,which were significant different than those in normal laryngeal mucosa(P<0.01). The expression of β-cat,iNOS and COX-2 in LC were significantly correlated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),while not correlated with age,gender and pathological grade(P>0.05).[Conclusion] The positive overexpression of β-cat,iNOS and COX-2 in cytoplasm of LC tissues are correlated with clinical stage and metastasis. Overexpression of β-cat,iNOS and COX-2 may play an important role in carcinogenesis and development of LC.
