| Abstract：Through the questionnaire surveys of 134 cases dissatisfied patients discharged from Fujian provincial cancer hospital from 2009～2012，the relationship of dissatisfaction with effective communication，the total cost，healing rate and the attitude of service，as well as influence of the death cases was analyzed，and some recommendations are suggested. |
