| 摘 要：通过对南通市肿瘤医院住院患者中的主要肿瘤病例进行管理性随访、治疗复诊性随访、疗效观察性随访、研究性随访和专题性随访的基础上，整合院内多个信息软件模块，建立了以医院为基础的肿瘤登记制度和信息采集系统；开展肿瘤随访实践，构建患者随访系统，探索创新的随访模式，以提高肿瘤随访的效率，满足医院管理和肿瘤研究发展的需要。 |

| Abstract：The hospital-based cancer registry and information collection systems were established in 2013 by taking advantages of management follow-up，retreatment follow-up，observational curative effect follow-up，investigational follow-up and special follow-up，and by integrating available info-models that used in Nantong Tumor Hospital. The practice of tracking patients with cancer was carried out and the new follow-up model was created for meeting the requirements of hospital management and development in cancer research. |
