      摘 要:孤立性肺结节(SPNs)和肺内磨玻璃密度影(GGO)常为早期肺部疾患,尤其是早期肺癌的影像学表现,及时发现并诊断对临床正确处理及预后判断有着重要意义。目前常见的诊断方式包括支气管镜检查、EBUS-TBNA、EUS、CT引导下细针穿刺、胸腔镜下切除活检等,但普遍存在因准确定位困难导致诊断率不高或操作创伤性太大等缺点。一种新型实时电磁制导系统复合支气管镜检查克服了以上传统技术的缺点,为临床提供了微侵入式诊断肺部病变的优选方案,结合经支气管抽吸的快速现场细胞学评估安全并有效地提高了诊断效率。该项新技术今后不但在肺癌的早期诊断还在肺癌的精准治疗上有着广阔的应用前景。

      Abstract:Solitary pulmonary nodules (SPNs) and ground-glass opacities (GGO) commonly represent early pulmonary diseases,especially in early-stage lung cancer. Timely detection and accurate diagnosis for the lesions are of extreme importance for management and prognosis prediction. Currently,investigations including bronchoscopy,EBUS-TBNA,EUS,CT-guided fine needle aspiration and video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) are widely applied in clinical practice. However,the unsatisfactory diagnostic rates due to the difficulty of pinpointing lesions or excessive invasiveness related to the procedures are the major flaws. A novel technology,electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy(ENB) provides a new minimally invasive approach for the diagnosis of pulmonary diseases. In combination with rapid on-site evaluation,ENB further improves the treatment efficiency. It is foreseeable that ENB will be widely used not only in early diagnosis,but also precise treatment for lung cancer in the near future.
