| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析1999~2011年泰兴市恶性肿瘤的发病状况，为制定防治措施提供依据。［方法］ 利用泰兴市疾病预防控制中心肿瘤登记处登记的1999~2011年新发恶性肿瘤病例资料，年度变化百分比(APC)等指标。［结果］ 1999~2011年，泰兴市恶性肿瘤新发病例共34 555例，其中男性22 908例，女性11 647例。1999~2011年，泰兴市恶性肿瘤发病率为 208.22/10万（男性265.21/10万，女性146.36/10万），恶性肿瘤发病居前5位的为食管癌、肝癌、胃癌、肺癌、结直肠癌；男性恶性肿瘤发病居前5位的为食管癌、肝癌、胃癌、肺癌、结直肠癌；女性恶性肿瘤发病居前5位的为食管癌、胃癌、肝癌、乳腺癌、肺癌。［结论］ 泰兴市恶性肿瘤发病呈逐年上升趋势，中老年人群是恶性肿瘤发病的高危人群。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the cancer incidence in Taixing city from 1999 to 2011，and to provide the basis for cancer prevention and control.［Methods］ The data of new cancer registered in Tumor Registry of Taixing Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 1999 to 2011 were collected. The crude incidence，age-standardized incidence and the annual percentage change (APC) were analyzed.［Results］ The total newly diagnosed cancer cases from 1999 to 2011 were 34 555 (male 22 908 and female 11 647).The crude cancer incidence was 208.22/105(male 265.21/105 and female 146.36/105).The top 5 cancer incidence in Taixing city was esophageal cancer，liver cancer，gastric cancer，lung cancer and colorectal cancer. The top 5 male cancer incidence was esophageal cancer，liver cancer，gastric cancer，lung cancer and colorectal cancer；the top 5 female cancer incidence was esophageal cancer，gastric cancer，liver cancer，breast cancer and lung cancer. ［Conclusion］ The cancer incidence shows an upward tendency. The elderly population is the high risk for cancer. |
