      摘 要:[目的]对2003与2013年度辽宁省肿瘤医院中层干部基本情况进行调查分析。[方法]对2003与2013年度辽宁省肿瘤医院中层干部的基本情况进行对比分析。[结果] ①2003年职能科室中层干部硕博比例为3.7%,2013年增长至38.89%;2003年业务科室中层干部硕博比例为28.21%,2013年增长至67.93%。②2003年业务科室中层干部正高比例为84.62%,2013年增长至92.45%。③2013年职能科室中层干部较2003年有明显年轻的趋势。④2013年与2003年比较,中层干部增加23人。[结论] 辽宁省肿瘤中层干部学历、职称提高明显,并呈年龄化趋势,人数有所增加。

      Abstract:[Purpose] To investigate and analyze the features of middle-level cadres in Liaoning Cancer Hospital in 2003 and 2013.[Methods] The basic situation of the middle-level cadres in Liaoning Cancer Hospital in 2003 and 2013 was analyzed.[Results] ①In 2003,middle-level cadres with master and doctor degree accounting for 3.7% in functions department,it increased to 38.89% in 2013. And in business department,the ratio is 28.21% in 2003,and it increased to 67.93% in 2013.②In 2003,middle-level cadres with senior title accounting for 84.62% in business department,it increased to 92.45% in 2013. ③The age of middle-level cadres in function department in 2013 was younger than that in 2003.④Compared with 2003,the middle-level cadres increased 23 people in 2013.[Conclusion] The education and title of middle-level cadres in Liaoning Cancer Hospital are markelly improved,the age showed a trend of getting younger,and the number of middle-level cadres has increased.
