| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析个旧市2010年恶性肿瘤发病的流行状况，为恶性肿瘤的防治工作提供科学依据。［方法］ 利用个旧市2010年恶性肿瘤登记数据，计算粗发病率、死亡率、中国人口标化率（中标率）、世界人口标化率（世标率）、35～64岁世界人口截缩调整率(截缩率)及0～74岁累积率(累积率)等指标。［结果］ 2010年个旧市恶性肿瘤粗发病率为177.00/10万，中标率为95.51/10万，世标率为120.04/10万。发病前5位癌种分别为肺癌、女性乳腺癌、肝癌、结直肠癌和淋巴瘤；男性分别为肺癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、膀胱癌和淋巴瘤；女性分别为乳腺癌、肺癌、结直肠癌、宫颈癌和肝癌。［结论］ 个旧市居民恶性肿瘤发病以肺癌和消化道肿瘤为主，肿瘤负担严重，应加强肿瘤防治工作。 |

| Abstract ：［Purpose］ To analyze the characterization of malignant tumor incidence in Gejiu city，and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of malignant tumors. ［Methods］ The data of malignant tumor registration in 2010 in Gejiu city were collected. The crude incidence，the age-standardized incidence by Chinese population，the age-standardized incidence by world population，the truncated age-standardized incidencer(35~64 year old) and accumulative incidence (0~74 year old) were analyzed. ［Results］ The crude incidence of malignant tumor in 2010 in Gejiu was 177.00/105，the age-standardized incidence by Chinese population was 95.51/105，the age-standardized incidence by world populations was 120.04/105．The top 5 cancers were lung cancer，female breast cancer，liver cancer，colon and rectum cancer and lymphoma，as well as the top 5 cancers in male were lung cancer，liver cancer，colon and rectum cancer，bladder cancer and lymphoma；the top 5 cancers in female were breast cancer，lung cancer，colon and rectum cancer，cervical cancer and liver cancer.［Conclusions］ The main malignant tumors are lung cancer，digestive system cancer in residents in Gejiu city. Gejiu city is facing serious cancer burden，so prevention and control should be enhanced. |
