| Abstract：The efficacy of chemotherapy in advanced gastric cancer has been generally recognized. However，elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer (AGC) have often been excluded in clinical trials，and there are few data available on the treatment of these patients. The choice of the first-line chemotherapy with evidence-based medicine for elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer patients were explored in this paper. |
