| 摘 要：［目的］ 探究昆山市2006~2013年胃癌发病与死亡趋势。［方法］ 胃癌发病病例来源于恶性肿瘤登记报告系统，死亡病例来源于死因监测，计算胃癌粗发病（死亡）率和年龄标化发病（死亡）率。采用平均年度变化百分比（annual percentage change，APC）评价胃癌年龄标化发病率和死亡率在年份之间变化趋势。［结果］ 2006~2013年男女合计（APC=-4.2%，95%CI：-5.9%~ -2.5%）、男性（APC=-4.5%，95%CI：-6.4%~-2.6%）与女性（APC=-2.9%，95%CI：-5.2%~-0.6%）胃癌标化发病率均呈明显下降趋势。男女合计（APC=-6.4%，95%CI：-8.0%~-4.8%）、男性（APC=-6.5%，95%CI：-8.1%~-4.9%）与女性（APC=-5.2%，95%CI：-9.8%~-0.6%）胃癌标化死亡率也均呈现下降趋势。［结论］ 虽然当前胃癌发病与死亡率呈现下降态势，但仍需加强疾病监测以探究其长期变化趋势。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the trend of incidence and mortality of gastric cancer in Kunshan，Jiangsu province from 2006 to 2013. ［Methods］ The data of new cases and the death cases with gastric cancer from 2006 to 2013 were collected from Kunshan Cancer Registry and the Vital Registration System，respectively. Crude rate and age standardized rate (ASR) were analyzed . Annual percentage changes(APC) was used to estimate the changes of incidence and mortality of gastric cancer from 2006 to 2013. ［Results］ A downward trend of gastric cancer incidence was found in total person (APC=-4.2%，95%CI：-5.9%~-2.5%)，male(APC=-4.5%，95%CI：-6.4%~-2.6%) and female(APC=-2.9%，95%CI：-5.2%~-0.6%). And the downward trend of gastric cancer mortality was found in total person (APC=-6.4%，95%CI：-8.0%~-4.8%)，male(APC=-6.5%，95%CI：-8.1%~-4.9%)，and female (APC=-5.2%，95%CI：-9.8%~-0.6%). ［Conclusion］ Although gastric cancer incidence and mortality showed downward trend in Kunshan city，cancer surveillance should be strengthened to determine the long-term temporal trend. |
