      摘 要:[目的] 探讨肌钙蛋白Ⅰ和脑钠肽评估蒽环类药物对心脏的早期毒性的价值。[方法] 对2013年3月至2014年10月收治50例肿瘤患者,化疗方案以静脉滴注表阿霉素为主,表阿霉素总累积量300±75mg/m2,于化疗前及化疗结束后检测血浆肌钙蛋白Ⅰ和脑钠肽含量。[结果] 全组患者中发生心脏毒性8例,发生心脏毒性患者化疗前肌钙蛋白Ⅰ和脑钠肽水平均无心脏毒性组升高,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论] 在监测表阿霉素心脏毒性上,肌钙蛋白Ⅰ和脑钠肽能较早期反映心脏损害。

      Abstract:[Purpose] To investigate the value of troponin Ⅰ(CTn) and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) in assessing early cardiac toxicity caused by anthracyclines.[Methods] A total of 50 patients with cancer were treated with epirubicin for six chemotherapy courses with an accumulation dosage of 300±75mg/m2 from March,2013 to October,2014. The levels of CTn and BNP were detected before and after chemotherapy.[Results] Eight cases occurred cardiac toxicity. The levels of CTn and BNP at pre-chemotherapy in patients with cardiac toxicity were higher than those with no cardiac toxicity with significant difference (P<0.05). [Conclusion] CTn and BNP can predicate the cardiac damage caused by anthracycline in early stage.
