| 摘 要：［目的］ 评估昆山市2011年恶性肿瘤死亡率与疾病负担。［方法］ 2011年恶性肿瘤死亡数据来源于昆山市肿瘤登记数据库。以伤残调整生命年（disability adjusted life years，DALYs）作为疾病负担评价指标。［结果］ 昆山市2011年恶性肿瘤粗死亡率为191.64/10万（男性238.61/10万，女性144.78/10万）；世标率为104.02/10万（男性138.15/10万，女性73.29/10万）。前5位恶性肿瘤死亡率为肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、食管癌和胰腺癌。恶性肿瘤所致的DALY为30.6/千人健康寿命年，其中男、女性DALY分别为34.4/千人和26.8/千人健康寿命年。45~59岁年龄组DALY占总DALY的30.6%。因肿瘤而早亡导致的寿命损失年（years of life lost，YLL）占DALY的比例为75.2%。［结论］ 肺癌、胃癌和肝癌这三种常见恶性肿瘤对疾病负担贡献较大。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the mortality and burden of cancer in Kunshan，Jiangsu province，2011. ［Methods］ Death cases in 2011 were collected from death registration system. Disability adjusted life years (DALYs) were used to describe the burden of cancer. ［Results］ The crude mortality of cancer was 191.64/105(238.61/105 in male and 144.78/105 in female). The top 5 cancer were lung cancer，gastric cancer，liver cancer，esophageal cancer and pancreatic cancer. The loss of disability adjusted life years(DALYs) caused by cancer was 30.6 healthy life years per 1000 person years，while 34.4 and 26.8 healthy life years per 1000 person years in male and in female respectively. The DALYs at 45~59 years accounted for 30.6% of all DALYs. The years of life lost(YLL) caused by cancer death accounted for 75.2% of total DALY. ［Conclusion］ Lung cancer，gastric cancer and liver cancer was mainly contributed to loss of healthy life years in Kunshan city，Jiangsu province. |
