| 摘 要：［目的］ 了解邯郸市癌症治疗及相关费用情况，为科学防治提供依据。［方法］ 现场调查癌症病例，收集癌症治疗及相关项目费用数据，采用SPSS 17.0软件进行数据分析。［结果］ 每例癌症治疗及相关费用平均3.55万元，其中，治疗直接费用2.39万元，治疗相关费用1.16万元。［结论］ 要减轻癌症费用负担，需要建全预防体系，实现早筛查、早治疗和规范治疗。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the medical expenses and related costs in the patients with cancer in Handan，and to provided the basis for scientific control and prevention. ［Methods］ All data of medical expenses and related costs in patient with cancer were collected，and analyzed with SPSS16.0. ［Results］ The average medical expenses and related costs was 35.5 thousand yuan，and the direct treatment medical expenses was 23.9 thousand yuan，and the related costs was 11.6 thousand yuan. ［Conclusion］ To reduce the burden of cancer costs，it is required to build the control and prevention system，to achieve early screening，conduct early treatment and standard treatment. |
