| 摘 要：门诊预住院是缩短平均住院日、降低医疗费用、缩短患者住院等待时间的一种有效临床策略。虽然预住院模式可以解决一部分“看病难、看病贵”问题，但在胸外科开展缓慢。全文针对目前胸外科实施预住院存在的问题进行分析，并借鉴国内外先进的管理经验，在此基础上进一步强化医院、科室、医护等可能的对策方案，最终优化预住院模式，为推动其在胸外科的长远发展提供一些思路。 |

| Abstract：Pre-hospital management model is an effective clinical strategy to shorten average length of stay，reduce medical expenses，and shorten the waiting time of patients in hospital. The pre-hospital model may partially solve the problem of “difficulty and high cost of getting medical service”，but it is not widely implemented in the department of thoracic surgery. The article analyzes the current status of pre-hospital management in thoracic surgery，the existing problems of its implementation，and proposes the possible solutions to optimize the pre-hospital management model in department of thoracic surgery based on the domestic and foreign experiences. |
