| Abstract：Stability of microsatellite as a functional marker for evaluation of DNA mismatch repair (MMR) system，was used as an effective tool for the risk evaluation of adjuvant treatment of patients with colorectal cancer stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ. The correlation between MMR/MSI and colorectal cancer，and the application of MMR/MSI in adjuvant chemotherapy for colorectal cancer stage Ⅱ/Ⅲ were reviewed. |
