| 摘 要：多学科专家协作组（multidisciplinary team，MDT) 诊疗模式已成为恶性肿瘤重要的治疗模式和发展方向。文章结合新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院MDT诊疗模式的实践经历，对MDT诊疗模式在肿瘤专科医院中的应用进行了分析和总结，目的为推广MDT诊疗模式和规范治疗提供参考依据。 |

| Abstract：Multidisciplinary team(MDT) diagnosis and treatment mode has become an important approach for management of malignant tumor. Based on experience in Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University，the application of MDT diagnosis and treatment mode in the cancer specialized hospital are analyzed and discussed，which may provide a reference for the promotion of MDT diagnosis and treatment mode and standardized management of cancer patients. |
