| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨广州市原发性肝癌患者生存质量及其影响因素。［方法］ 选取广州市2016年肝癌新诊断病例787例，采用生存质量测评表进行调查分析，并对调查结果进行单因素和多因素条件Logistic回归分析。［结果］ 本组肝癌患者的生存质量评分为90分。多因素Logistic回归分析显示，影响生存质量主要因素有患病年龄、手术、放射治疗、中药治疗，并且手术和放射治疗与中药治疗之间存在交互作用，联合治疗可提高患者的生存质量。［结论］ 根据肝癌患者的具体情况，采取积极的中西医联合治疗，可以提高其生存质量。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the quality of life(QOL) and related influencing factors of patients with primary liver cancer(PLC) in Guangzhou. ［Methods］ The QOL of 787 cases with PLC were investigated by the questionnaire，and the related influencing factors were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis. ［Results］ The total score of QOL was 90. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors for QOL were the age，surgical treatment，radiotherapy，traditional Chinese medicinal treatment. Furthermore，there were interactions among surgical treatment，radiotherapy and traditional Chinese medicinal treatment，and combination of these treatment was associated with the improvement of the QOL of PLC patients. ［Conclusion］ Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can improve the QOL of PLC patients. |
