| 摘 要：随着我国肺癌负担的不断增加，对其危险因素的探讨显得十分迫切。环境污染，尤其室外空气污染可能在肺癌的发病和死亡过程中起重要作用。本文收集最近10年国内外相关文献，筛选出关于肺癌和室外空气污染的流行病学研究，并归纳不同地区主要的室外空气污染物对肺癌发病和死亡的影响，罗列出如气象因素、社会经济学状况、吸烟、职业等可能的混杂因素，为未来的相关研究提供信息。 |

| Abstract：Lung cancer has become an increasing health burden in China. Environmental pollution，especially ambient air pollution，may play an important role in the pathogenesis and mortality of lung cancer. Based on the literatures of home and abroad in recent 10 years，this article reviews the epidemiological studies of the relationships between ambient air pollutants and lung cancer incidence or mortality in different areas. The potential confounding factors，including meteorological factors，social economic status，smoking，occupation are also analyzed in the article. |
