| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析2013年江阴市居民恶性肿瘤的发病与死亡情况，为江阴市恶性肿瘤防治提供科学依据。 ［方法］ 收集整理2013年江阴市恶性肿瘤的发病及死亡资料，计算发病和死亡粗率、标化率、累积率、构成比及前10位恶性肿瘤顺位等。采用2000年中国和Segi’s世界标准人口年龄构成计算标化率。［结果］ 2013年江阴市恶性肿瘤粗发病率为328.91/10万，中标率为181.97/10万，世标率为170.72/10万；恶性肿瘤粗死亡率为216.88/10万，中标率为113.10/10万，世标率为110.83/10万。男性恶性肿瘤发病率和死亡率均高于女性。发病前5位的恶性肿瘤依次为胃癌、肺癌、结直肠癌、肝癌和食管癌；死亡前5位恶性肿瘤依次为肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、食管癌和结直肠癌。［结论］以胃癌为首的消化系统肿瘤和肺癌是江阴市肿瘤防治工作的重点癌种；此外，对女性甲状腺癌应加以关注并采取相关预防措施。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze the cancer incidence and mortality in Jiangyin in 2013. ［Methods］ The data of cancer incidence and mortality of Jiangyin residents in 2013 were collected and evaluated. Cancer incidence and mortality crude rate，age-standardized rate，cumulative rate，constituent ratio and proportion of top 10 cancers were calculated. Chinese population census in 2000 and Segi’s population were used for calculating age-standardized incidence or mortality. ［Results］ The crude incidence of cancer in Jiangyin in 2013 was 328.91/105，the age-standardized incidence rates by Chinese population was 181.97/105；the age-standardized incidence rates by world population was 170.72/105. The crude mortality of cancer in Jiangyin was 216.88/105，the age-standardized mortality rates by Chinese population was 113.10/105；the age-standardized incidence rate by world population was 110.83/105. The incidence and mortality in males were higher than those in females. Top 5 incidence cancers were stomach，lung，colorectal，liver and esophagus cancers，and top 5 cancer deaths were lung，stomach，liver，esophagus and colorectal cancers. ［Conclusion］ For both sexes stomach cancer and lung cancer are main cancers in Jiangyin，and attention should be paid to thyroid cancer for females. |
