      摘 要:[目的] 调查辽宁省肿瘤联盟医院高端医疗设备的品牌市场占有率、满意度情况,为国产创新医疗器械的发展提供基础研究数据。[方法] 对各医疗机构负责医疗器械采购的工作人员进行统一培训,并由其上报所在医疗机构的调查问卷。问卷收集36家(二级医院21家、三级医院15家)医疗机构中≥50万元医疗设备的使用品牌、满意度情况。[结果] 进口品牌在高端医疗设备市场占有率为84.18%,国产品牌为15.86%;进口品牌和国产品牌在性能(χ2=0.01,P>0.05)、经济性(χ2=0.08,P >0.05)与售后满意度方面(χ2=0.03,P>0.05)都没有统计学差异。医学影像类设备中,通用电气市场占有率最高,为31.27%;临床检验类中,希林美康市场占有率最高,为21.79%,其性能、经济性和售后满意度均为100.00%;内镜类设备中,奥林巴斯的市场占有率最高,为48.28%,富士能的性能、经济性和售后满意度均为100.00%;手术器械类设备中,国产品牌迈瑞的市场占有率为45.00%,满意度均为100.00%;放疗类设备美国瓦里安品牌的市场占有率为42.10%,满意度均为100.00%。[结论] 进口品牌在高端医疗设备市场占绝对优势,国产厂家应加速技术创新,以更好的用户满意度来提升自身的竞争力。

      Abstract:[Purpose] To survey the brand market share and satisfaction of high-end medical equipments in the medical allied units. [Methods] A questionnaire survey was conducted among staff in charge of medical equipment procurement in 36 hospitals,including 15 secondary hospitals and 21 tertiary hospitals. The information of medical equipments valued 500 thousand yuan or more was collected. [Results] Imported brands accounted for 84.18% market share in high-end medical equipment,and domestic brands accounted for 15.86%. There were not statistical differences in performance (χ2=0.01,P>0.05),economy (χ2=0.08,P>0.05)and after-sales service satisfaction(χ2=0.03,P>0.05)between imported brands and domestic brands. The market share top brands in medical imaging,clinical laboratory,endoscopy,surgical instruments and radiotherapy equipments were GE,Sysmex,Olympus,Mindray and Varian,respectively. [Conclusion] Imported brands enjoy an absolute advantage in the high-end medical equipment market,and domestic manufacturers should accelerate technological innovation,improve customer satisfaction to promote their competitiveness.
