| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析昆山市2014年恶性肿瘤发病和死亡情况。［方法］ 基于肿瘤登记工作收集的昆山市2014年恶性肿瘤发病和死亡病例，采用国家肿瘤登记中心制定的质量评价方法进行数据审核，质量评价指标为病理诊断比例（MV%）、死亡/发病比（M/I）和只有死亡医学证明书的比例（DCO%）。然后计算分性别、年龄及主要部位恶性肿瘤发病率和死亡率；按照2000年中国第五次人口普查年龄结构为标准计算年龄标化发病率（中标发病率）和年龄标化死亡率（中标死亡率）；同时也以Segi’s世界人口年龄结构为标准计算年龄标化发病率（世标发病率）和死亡率（世标死亡率）。［结果］ 2014年昆山市肿瘤登记数据MV%为71.42%，DCO%为0.34%，M/I为0.49。昆山市2014年恶性肿瘤中标发病率为231.54/10万（男性234.66/10万，女性226.16/10万），中标死亡率为97.22/10万（男性120.76/10万，女性72.31/10万）。肺癌、女性乳腺癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、甲状腺癌、肝癌、宫颈癌、食管癌、胰腺癌和胆囊癌是发病前10位恶性肿瘤；而肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、胰腺癌、结直肠癌、食管癌、女性乳腺癌、淋巴瘤、白血病以及脑和中枢神经系统肿瘤是恶性肿瘤前10位死因。［结论］ 2014年昆山市恶性肿瘤中，肺癌、女性乳腺癌和消化系统肿瘤是威胁居民健康的主要癌种。当前，以肿瘤筛查为代表的肿瘤防治措施急需深入开展。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze the cancer incidence and mortality in Kunshan，Jiangsu province，2014. ［Methods］ The cancer data collected from the Kunshan Cancer Registry were checked and evaluated with the method and criteria of data quality control issued by National Central Cancer Registry. The morphology verified cases(MV%)，mortality to incidence ratio(M/I) and the proportion of death certificates only(DCO%) were used to assess the data quality. Cancer incidence and mortality were analyzed by gender and sites；age-standardized incidence and mortality were estimated by Chinese standard population in 2000 and by Segi’s world population，respectively. ［Results］ The MV%，DCO% and M/I was 71.42%，0.34% and 0.49，respectively The age-standardized incidence by Chinese standard population was 231.54/105(234.66/105 for males and 226.16/105 for females). The age-standardized mortality by Chinese standard population was 97.22/105(120.76/105 for males and 72.31/105 for females). Cancers of lung，female breast，stomach，colorectum，thyroid，liver，cervix，esophagus，pancreas and gallbladder were the most common cancers，while the top 10 cancer deaths were cancers of lung，liver，stomach，pancreas，colorectum，esophagus，female breast，lymphoma，leukemia and brain & central nervous system. ［Conclusion］ Lung cancer，female breast cancer and digestive system cancer are the most common threat to the health among residents in Kunshan city in 2014. Therefore，the prevention and control measures，such as cancer screening need to be further developed. |
