| 摘 要：［目的］ 了解慈利县2010~2014年恶性肿瘤发病和死亡特征。［方法］ 利用来自慈利县肿瘤登记处2010~2014年的肿瘤登记资料，计算不同性别、年龄别及不同类别恶性肿瘤的粗发病（死亡）率、中标发病（死亡）率。［结果］ 2010~2014年慈利县粗发病率为199.34/10万，中标率为132.93/10万，粗发病率呈明显的上升趋势（APC=5.04%，P<0.05）；粗死亡率为123.66/10万，中标率为77.73/10万，未呈现明显变化趋势（P>0.05）。男性发病率和死亡率均高于女性。发病和死亡顺位的前两位一致，均为肺癌和肝癌。［结论］ 应根据不同人群、不同癌种的发病与死亡特征，制定相应的预防措施，开展精准防控。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze the cancer incidence and mortality in Cili county of Hunan province，2010~2014.［Methods］ Based on the data of Cili cancer registry from 2010 to 2014，the crude incidence and mortality，age-standardized incidence and mortality by Chinese standard population were analyzed by different gender，ages，and tumor categories.［Results］ From 2010 to 2014，the cancer crude incidence rate was 199.34/105，the standardized incidence rate was 132.93/105，crude incidence rate showed significantly rising trend(APC=5.04%，P<0.05). The crude mortality rate was 123.66/105，the standardized mortality was 77.73/105，there was no significant tendency found in mortality(P>0.05). The rates of incidence and mortality in male were higher than those in female. The top 2 cancers in incidence and mortality were lung and liver cancers.［Conclusion］ According to the characteristics of incidence and mortality among different people，or different cancers，the prevention measures and precise control strategies should be formulated. |
