      摘 要:卵巢癌具有早期诊断困难、化疗耐药性高、肿瘤复发率高等特点,其死亡率居于妇科肿瘤的首位,目前急需卵巢癌特异性肿瘤生物标志物。染色体不稳定性在卵巢癌中较为常见,对卵巢癌的诊断、治疗、预后评估具有良好的预测价值。目前循环肿瘤DNA在卵巢癌中的研究已取得很大成果,其中基于循环肿瘤DNA的染色体不稳定性检测在卵巢癌中具有潜在的研究价值。
英文摘要:
      Abstract:Ovarian cancer is the leading cause of death from gynecological cancers;it has the characteristics of difficult early-diagnosis,chemotherapy resistance and high recurrence rate. Seeking tumor-specific biomarkers is the current hot spot for ovarian cancer research. Chromosomal instability is more common in ovarian cancer,which has predictive value in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation of the cancer. At present,the progress has been made in research of circulating tumor DNA,and the chromosomal instability of circulating tumor DNA has potential value in clinical application of ovarian cancer.
