| 摘 要：肿瘤患者生存期的延长，使得脊柱转移瘤发病率增加，椎体增强术（VA）及其联合应用因创伤小、恢复快、可重复、效果好等优点成为脊柱转移瘤外科治疗的新亮点。该文综合了最近10年的文献，重点分析VA以及其与射频消融、125I联合应用的微创治疗现状及疗效，希望为脊柱转移瘤的临床微创治疗提供参考。 |

| Abstract：The prolongation of the survival time of cancer patients increases the incidence of spinal metastases. The vertebral augmentation (VA) and its combined use become a new highlight of surgical treatment for spinal metastases，because of the advantages of effectiveness，less invasiveness，quicker recovery and repeated performance in treatment of spinal metastases. This article summarizes the latest progress of VA techniques，focusing on the current status and efficacy of minimally invasive procedure combined with radiofrequency ablation and 125I therapy，to provide a reference for its clinical application in spinal metastases. |
