| 摘 要：近年来，党和政府出台一系列政策推进政府购买社会组织服务。在公共卫生领域，政府已经开展购买服务项目并积累了一定经验。为满足癌症防控工作的需要，社会组织应当积极承接政府购买服务项目。政府购买服务项目可以对中国癌症基金会的发展起到促进作用，中国癌症基金会也可以通过参与项目，在癌症防治领域发挥积极作用。 |

| Abstract：In recent years，a series of policies have been promulgated to promote the government purchasing services from social organization. In the area of public health services，government procurement services have been well developed and obtained some experience. In order to meet the needs of cancer prevention and control in the future，it is necessary for social organizations to carry out government purchasing services. The government purchasing would also promote the development of Cancer Foundation of China，meanwhile，Cancer Foundation of China can play an active role in the field of cancer prevention and control through government procurement services. |
