      摘 要:绩效管理是实现医院战略目标的重要抓手,辽宁省肿瘤医院以“多劳多得、优绩优酬”为绩效导向,从工作量和工作质量两个维度对新绩效方案开展了基准设定、模拟测算、软件编制、运行评估等系列综合工作,以期达到调动员工积极性,实现医院快速发展的目标。该文对新绩效方案的框架、思路和成效作一介绍。

      Abstract:Performance management is an important approach to achieve hospital strategic goals. Liaoning Cancer Hospital & Institute carried out a new performance scheme based on the workload and work quality. In order to motivate employees and achieve the goal of rapid development of hospital,the hospital implemented a series of comprehensive work including benchmark setting,simulation calculation,software compilation and operation evaluation. This article introduces the framework,idea and effect of the new performance system.
