| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析江苏省如皋市2015年恶性肿瘤发病和死亡情况。［方法］ 根据2015年如皋市恶性肿瘤发病和死亡资料，分别计算恶性肿瘤发病与死亡粗率、标化率、前10位恶性肿瘤发病与死亡顺位和构成等。［结果］ 如皋市2015 年恶性肿瘤粗发病率为391.24/10 万，中标率为189.09/10 万，世标率为184.46/10万；恶性肿瘤粗死亡率为280.98/10 万，中标率121.20/10 万，世标率为119.81/10万。 男性恶性肿瘤的发病与死亡都显著高于女性。食管癌、肺癌、肝癌、女性乳腺癌、胃癌和结直肠癌是如皋市常见的恶性肿瘤，占全部恶性肿瘤发病的72.30%；食管癌、肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、结直肠癌和胰腺癌是如皋市主要的恶性肿瘤死因，占全部恶性肿瘤死亡的78.28%。［结论］ 如皋市恶性肿瘤死亡率处在较高水平，食管癌是如皋地区发病率和死亡率第1顺位的肿瘤，应及早开展食管癌高危人群筛查和干预工作。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze the cancer incidence and mortality in Rugao city of Jiangsu province，2015.［Methods］ The data of new cancer cases and cancer deaths in Rugao city in 2015 were collected from cancer registration，and the crude and age-adjusted incidence and mortality of malignant tumors，the incidence and mortality sequence and composition of the top 10 malignant tumors were calculated.［Results］ The crude incidence of cancer in Rugao in 2015 was 391.24/105，the age-standardized incidence rate by Chinese standard population was 189.09/105，the age-standardized incidence rate by Segi’s population was 184.46/105. The crude mortality of cancer in Rugao was 280.98/105，the age-standardized mortality rate by Chinese standard population was 121.20/105，the age-standardized mortality rate by Segi’s population was 119.81/105. The cancer incidence and mortality in males were significantly higher than those in females. Cancers of esophagus，lung，liver，female breast，stomach and colorectum were common malignant tumors in Rugao city，accounting for 72.30% of all cancers. Esophagus cancer，lung cancer，liver cancer，stomach cancer，colorectal cancer and pancreatic cancer were the main causes of cancer death in Rugao city，accounting for 78.28% of all cancer deaths.［Conclusion］ The mortality rate of malignant tumor in Rugao is at a high level. Esophageal cancer is the most common cancer in Rugao area，early screening and intervention for high-risk population should be carried out. |
