| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析中国医学科学院肿瘤医院近十年国际合作项目情况，为今后国际合作工作提供借鉴，促进国际合作的深入开展。［方法］ 对2008~2017年中国医学科学院肿瘤医院国际合作项目的资助情况、研究分类、项目来源及成果进行统计分析。［结果］ 2008~2017年国际合作课题项目共计124项，项目数量逐年增长且以预防研究占比最高。国际合作项目经费合计2346.48万元，合作方以美国居多，合作单位性质以研究机构居多。成果主要有依托项目申请国家级课题12项，发表文章39篇，另有获专利8项，科研奖励6项。［结论］ 国际合作项目极大地提高了肿瘤科研和临床水平。医院应加强国际合作人才队伍建设，加强国际合作管理工作，积极拓展国际合作渠道，进一步促进我国肿瘤防控事业的可持续发展。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze the international cooperation and exchange programs of Cancer Hospital，Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences in the last decade. ［Methods］ The funds，research types，funding sources and results of the international cooperation projects at Cancer Hospital，Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from 2008 to 2017 were analyzed. ［Results］ There were 124 international cooperation projects from 2008 to 2017. The number of projects increased annually and 55.08% projects were in domain of cancer prevention. The total funds for international coope-ration projects are 23.464 8 million Yuan. The United States was the major partner of the cooperation(67.80%)，and the most of the cooperative partners were research institutes(43.22%). Based on the international cooperation 12 national grants were approved，39 papers were published，and also 8 patents and 6 research awards were obtained. ［Conclusion］ International cooperation projects have greatly improved the level of cancer research and clinical practice in Cancer Hospital，Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences in the last decade. |
