| 摘 要：国家推行的住院医师规范化培训专业中，除了肿瘤放疗，肿瘤内科和肿瘤外科均没有对应的住院医师规范化培训专业。肿瘤专科医师如何培养，在全国没有共识。但在肿瘤学人才培养的实际工作中，高等医学教育院校和附属肿瘤专科医院的住院医师以及研究生培养已进行了多年，也得到了较好的社会认可。北京市卫健委在2014年创新性地提出了北京市肿瘤内科和肿瘤外科专科医师一体化培训试点方案，该文总结试点以来的培训模式、考核模式，以及推行过程中有待讨论的问题，以进一步探索更科学、更合理的肿瘤专科医师的培训模式，推动肿瘤专业人才培养体系的不断完善。 |

| Abstract：Among the specialties for standardized residency training in China，there have been no training programs for medical oncologist and oncology surgeons except for cancer radiotherapy physicians; and there is no nationwide consensus on how to train oncologists either. However，the training of oncology physicians and postgraduates has been carried out for many years in higher medical education institutions and affiliated oncology hospitals in China，which received good social recognition. Beijing Municipal Health Commission has proposed a pilot program for the integrated residency training and specialist training for the medical oncologist and oncology surgeons in 2014. This article summarizes the training mode and assessment of the pilot study，and the issues to be discussed in the implementation process，in order to further explore the more reasonable way for oncology residency training，and to promote the further improvement of the training system. |
