| 摘 要：［目的］ 描述分析2012至2015年保定市城区居民恶性肿瘤发病与死亡情况。［方法］ 按照肿瘤登记控制质量标准，对2012至2015年保定市城区居民恶性肿瘤登记资料进行收集、整理，分析保定市城区居民恶性肿瘤人群分布特征。［结果］ 2012至2015年保定市城区居民恶性肿瘤粗发病率为234.52/10万，中标率为190.05/10万，35~64岁截缩率为283.20/10万，0～74岁累积发病率为20.69%；恶性肿瘤粗死亡率和中标率分别为151.98/10万和120.63/10万，35~64岁截缩率为111.06/10万，0～74岁累积死亡率为10.68%。恶性肿瘤发病与死亡均随年龄增长呈上升趋势，在85+岁年龄组达高峰。发病前5位恶性肿瘤分别为肺癌、女性乳腺癌、结直肠癌、肝癌、胃癌；死亡前5位恶性肿瘤分别为肺癌、女性乳腺癌、肝癌、胃癌、结直肠癌。［结论］ 2012至2015年保定市城区居民恶性肿瘤发病率及死亡率均低于2015年全国恶性肿瘤发病与死亡水平，肺癌、消化系统恶性肿瘤、女性乳腺癌和宫颈癌是保定市危害最大的恶性肿瘤，应是肿瘤防治工作的重点。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze the cancer incidence and mortality in urban residents of Baoding city from 2012 to 2015.［Methods］ According to the quality control standard，the tumor registration data of urban residents in Baoding city from 2012 to 2015 were collected and sorted，and the distribution characteristics of malignant tumor in urban residents of Baoding city were analyzed.［Results］ The crude cancer incidence rate in urban residents of Baoding city was 234.52/105，age-standardized incidence by Chinese standard population(ASR China) was 190.05/105，the truncated rate of 35～64 years was 283.20/105，the cumulative rate of 0～74 years was 20.69%. The crude mortality and ASR China were 151.98/105 and 120.63/105，the truncated rate of 35～64 years was 111.06/105，and the cumulative rate of 0～74 years was 10.68%. The incidence and mortality of malignant tumors increased with age，and reached the peak in 85+ age group. The top 5 incidence rate of malignant tumors were lung cancer，female breast cancer，colorectal cancer，liver cancer and stomach cancer；the top 5 mortality rate of malignant tumors were lung cancer，female breast cancer，liver cancer，stomach cancer，colorectal cancer.［Conclusion］The incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in Baoding urban area from 2012 to 2015 are lower than national levels in 2015. Lung cancer，digestive system cancer，female breast cancer and cervical cancer are the most common malignant tumors in Baoding city，which should be the focus of cancer prevention and treatment. |
