| 摘 要：卵巢癌是常见的妇科肿瘤，其起病隐匿，临床诊断时往往已为中晚期，预后欠佳。外泌体是细胞分泌至胞外的一类含有生物学活性物质的小囊泡，它们在生理状态维持及疾病的进程中发挥重要作用。已有研究表明，外泌体在多种肿瘤的早期诊断以及治疗中起着重要作用，而在卵巢癌中的相关研究较少。本综述的目的是描述卵巢癌外泌体的基本特征及其在卵巢癌诊治中的新进展，从而为以后进一步研究卵巢癌的生物学特性提供参考。 |

| Abstract：Ovarian cancer is a common gynecological tumor，its onset is concealed，the disease is often in the middle and late stage when diagnosed，and the prognosis is poor. Exosomes are a kind of small vesicles containing bioactive substances secreted by cells，which play an important role in the maintenance of physiological state and the progression of disease. Previous studies have shown that exosome takes a significant part in the early diagnosis and treatment of a variety of tumors，but there are few studies in ovarian cancer. The purpose of this article is to review the recent progress on the basic characteristics of exosome and its roles in the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer，so as to provide reference for the further study of the biological features of ovarian cancer. |
