| 摘 要：“健康中国”战略被纳入国家发展基本方针战略，健康是人民生活的最高追求。区域医疗中心建设是国家提出的解决群众“看病难”问题的有力抓手，是实现“健康中国”愿景的重要战略。文章根据国家区域医疗中心建设试点工作方案，结合国家癌症中心/中国医学科学院肿瘤医院的实践提出：国家应加强对输出单位的支持；区域医疗中心各方面建设应考虑长远可持续发展；加强科研教育支持，带动输入单位重点学科发展；利用优势加强输入单位人才培养；利用输出单位国际合作平台优势，带动区域医疗中心国际合作与交流发展；完善激励机制，促进区域医疗中心可持续发展；加强监督考核，促进区域医疗中心全面发展。 |

| Abstract：Health is the highest pursuit of the people，the strategy of “Healthy China” has been integrated into the national development strategies and basic policies. The construction of regional medical center is an effective way to solve the problem of difficult access of medical service and one of the important strategies to realize the vision of "Healthy China". Based on the pilot work program for the construction of national regional medical centers and the practice of National Cancer Center /Cancer Hospital，Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences，several suggestions are proposed in this article. The government should strengthen the support to the supporting hospitals；taking advantage of the supporting hospitals to strengthen the training of talents in recipient hospitals；taking advantage of the international cooperation of the supporting hospitals to promote the development of international cooperation and exchange in regional medical centers；improving incentive mechanism to promote sustainable development of regional medical center；strengthening supervision and assessment to promote the comprehensive development of regional medical centers. |
