| 摘 要：2020年1月以来，新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情在全国迅速蔓延，党和国家高度重视，迅速部署，全面打响疫情防控阻击战，各地医务人员驰援疫区，坚决遏制疫情蔓延。医疗机构身处疫情的第一道防线，防控任务艰巨，肿瘤专科医院虽不是新型冠状病毒肺炎定点救治机构，但陪护人员多、流动性大，且肿瘤患者的治疗分秒必争，如因疫情贻误治疗会导致病情加重、焦虑恐慌等不良后果。当下疫情态势严峻，既要做好抗疫防控、确保医疗安全，又要满足肿瘤患者的诊疗需求，是肿瘤专科医院管理者面临的挑战和难题。吉林省肿瘤医院在疫情防控期间，在多年现代医院精细化管理经验和框架的基础上，迅速建立符合肿瘤专科需求的疫情应急防控体系，制定应急预案和标准流程，统一部署、明确职责、有效实施。相关举措和经验对国内同行医院开展科学防控疫情、保障医疗救治、提高医院公共卫生防控管理能力有一定的指导和借鉴意义。 |

| Abstract：Since January 2020，the outbreak of the COVID-19 has spread rapidly throughout the country. The party and state attached great importance to the epidemic and promptly deployed to launch an all-out battle of prevention and control against the epidemic. Medical personnel across the country rushed to the epidemic area to resolutely curb the spread of the epidemic. Medical institutions are at the first line of defense，and the task of prevention and control is arduous. Although the tumor hospital is not a designated treatment institution for the COVID-19，it has a large number of accompanying staff and great mobility，and the treatment of cancer patients is urgent，such as delayed treatment due to the epidemic situation will lead to aggravation of the disease，anxiety，panic and other adverse consequences. At present，the situation of the epidemic situation is severe. It is a challenge and difficult problem for the leaders of tumor hospitals to do a good job in anti-epidemic prevention and control，ensure medical safety and meet the needs of diagnosis and treatment of tumor patients. During the epidemic prevention and control period，based on years of meticulous management experience and framework of modern hospitals，Jilin Cancer Hospital rapidly established an epidemic emergency prevention and control system for epidemic diseases that meets the needs of tumor specialties，formulated emergency plans and standard procedures，unified deployment，clear responsibilities and effective implementation. Relevant measures and experience have certain guidance and reference significance for domestic peer hospitals to carry out scientific epidemic prevention and control，ensure medical treatment，and improve public health prevention and control management capacity of hospitals. |
