| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析浙江省兰溪市城乡居民结直肠癌筛查项目的成本—效果情况。［方法］ 收集浙江省兰溪市结直肠癌筛查项目及成本资料，计算人群的筛查依从率、病例检出率及成本／效果比。［结果］ 2018年度项目总成本为189.19万元。筛查每例结直肠癌成本为47 296.58元。每减少1例结直肠癌发生，成本约4723.75元，早期成本系数约为0.11，成本效果比较低。［结论］ 兰溪市结直肠癌筛查具有良好的成本效果价值。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of colorectal cancer screening in Lanxi. ［Methods］ The basic information and cost of the colorectal cancer screening in Lanxi，Zhejiang Province were collected. Compliance rate，detection rate and cost-effectiveness of the screening program were estimated. ［Results］ In 2018，the total cost of the screening was 1.89 million Yuan. The cost for per detected case of colorectal cancer was 47 296.58 Yuan. The cost for reducing one colorectal cancer case was 4723.75 Yuan. The early cost coefficient was about 0.11，so it was of good cost-effectiveness. ［Conclusion］ Colorectal cancer screening in Lanxi has been of good cost-effectiveness value. |
