| 摘 要：湖北省肿瘤医院生物样本库于2014年6月成立，是湖北省第一个院级肿瘤生物样本库，其职责是采集、储存人类常见肿瘤病种的组织、血液样本及其临床信息，并对其进行规范化管理和质量控制，以充分利用现有的肿瘤样本资源，助力医院科研及学科建设发展。过去3年间样本库先后参与了中国结直肠癌专病队列研究项目，城市癌症早诊早治项目，和武汉国家生物样本库合作开展的关于结直肠癌、乳腺癌和肺癌的科研专项研究项目等多个科研项目，并承担了这些项目的样本采集和保藏工作。样本采集模式由建库之初的综合性采集为主逐渐发展成了根据研究项目的需求针对性地采集样本为主，发展模式转向了3.0版生物样本库。 |

| Abstract：The biobank of Hubei Cancer Hospital was founded in June 2014，which is the first hospital-based tumor biobank in the province. The functions of the biobank are collecting and storing tissue，blood specimens and the clinical information of common human tumors. Through standardized management and quality control，the biobank makes the full use of tumor specimen to promote the research and academic development of the hospital. In the past three years，the biobank participated in many scientific research programs，including the National Colorectal Cancer Cohort Project and Cancer Early Diagnosis and Treatment in Urban Areas Program；the biobank also collaborated with Wuhan Biobank in research of colorectal cancer，breast cancer and lung cancer； and undertook specimen collection and storage. Now the function of the biobank has shifted from general specimen collection to the demand-directed collection—the biobank 3.0 model. |
