      摘 要:原发性肝癌是进展快、预后较差的恶性肿瘤之一,但有效的干预将有助于控制其发生和进展。近年来,饮食因素与癌症之间的关系越来越引起公众和流行病学家的重视。全文对膳食营养素与肝癌关系的流行病学研究证据进行系统总结,包括碳水化合物、脂类、蛋白质等宏量营养素以及多种维生素、矿物质等微量营养素,期望为肝癌的一级预防和公共卫生决策提供可靠的参考依据。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: Primary liver cancer is a highly malignant tumor with rapid progression and poor prognosis, however, effective intervention may prevent its occurrence and progression. In recent years, the relationship between dietary factors and cancer has attracted more and more attention from epidemiologists as well as from the public. This article reviews the recent epidemiological evidence of the association between liver cancer and dietary nutrients, including macronutrients(carbohydrates, lipids, proteins) and micronutrients(vitamins and minerals). Hopefully it may provide some insights for prevention and control of primary liver cancer.
