| Abstract： Effective cancer prevention and control are based on a well-developed cancer prevention and control system. The construction of provincial cancer prevention and control system is critical to improve China’s cancer prevention and control network in China. Based on the current situation of cancer prevention and control， the article introduces the construction norm of cancer prevention and control system in Henan Province， focusing on the strategic deployment of “Healthy China” and the implementation plan of cancer prevention and control. |
