| 摘 要：上消化道癌是全球疾病负担较严重的癌症之一。全球近一半的上消化道癌发病和死亡病例发生在我国，而河北省是我国上消化道癌高发地区。病因学治疗是上消化道癌治疗的重要组成部分。因此，明确河北省上消化道癌病因与危险因素，及时采取有针对性的预防措施，可有效降低食管癌疾病负担。全文回顾了河北省上消化道癌的病因学机制及相应的预防措施研究成果，为上消化道癌防治策略制定提供系统参考。 |

| Abstract： Upper gastrointestinal cancer is one of the most common cancers in the world, nearly half of the new cases and deaths of upper gastrointestinal cancer occur in China, and Hebei Province is a high incidence area of upper gastrointestinal cancer in China. Understanding the etiology, identifying the causes and risk factors are important for prevention and control of upper gastrointestinal cancer to reduce the disease burden. This paper reviews the etiological mechanism and preventive measures of upper gastrointestinal cancer in Hebei Province, to provide reference for the prevention and treatment strategies of upper gastrointestinal cancer. |
