      摘 要:[目的] 在乡镇(街道)水平上探索济南市食管癌死亡的空间分析特征和聚集性。[方法] 利用济南市2018—2020年死因监测资料,应用GeoDa 1.18软件进行经验贝叶斯平滑和空间自相关分析,使用SaTScan 9.7软件进行空间扫描统计。[结果] 食管癌全局空间自相关分析的Moran’s I为0.72(P<0.01)。局部空间自相关分析发现,位于济南市西南部的14个乡镇(街道)食管癌死亡呈现高-高聚集。空间扫描统计结果显示,一类聚集区分布于济南市西南部13个乡镇(街道)(RR=3.10,LLR=106.02,P<0.001)。[结论] 在乡镇(街道)水平上,济南市西南农村地区的食管癌死亡存在高发聚集区域。

      Abstract:[Purpose] To explore the spatial analysis characteristics and aggregation of esophageal cancer deaths in Jinan at the township level. [Methods] Empirical Bayesian smoothing and spatial autocorrelation analysis were performed using death surveillance data from 2018 to 2020 with GeoDa 1.18 software, and spatial scan statistics was performed using SaTScan 9.7 software. [Results] The Moran’s I for the global spatial autocorrelation analysis of esophageal cancer was 0.72(P<0.01). Local spatial autocorrelation analysis revealed that 14 townships located in the southwestern part of Jinan showed high-high aggregation of esophageal cancer deaths. The spatial scan statistics showed that the first category aggregation area was distributed in 13 townships in the southwest of Jinan(RR=3.10, LLR=106.02, P<0.001). [Conclusion] At the township level, there are high clustering areas of esophageal cancer deaths in rural areas of southwest Jinan.
