| 摘 要：肿瘤的发生及进展伴随着高水平的异常血管生成。其中肿瘤血管的渗透和异常增生在肿瘤间质流体压力升高及其所导致的肿瘤药物治疗抵抗中发挥着重要作用。全文综述肿瘤血管内皮细胞、周细胞的异常生物学行为调节的肿瘤血管渗透性和异常增生所介导的肿瘤间质流体压力升高，并分析了肿瘤微环境下相关信号分子通路对血管内皮细胞和周细胞异常生物学行为的多种调控机制，以期为进一步深入探究异常肿瘤血管引起的间质流体压力升高对药物治疗的抵抗提供理论依据。 |

| Abstract： The tumor progression is accompanied by abnormal angiogenesis with the increased endothelial cell proliferation and permeability of blood vessels， which cause the elevated interstitial fluid pressure inducing the resistance to drug therapy. This paper reviews the abnormal biological behavior of tumor vascular endothelial cells and pericytes， and their regulatory mechanisms of tumor interstitial fluid pressure and related signaling molecular pathways in the tumor microenvironment， to provide information for further exploration of antivascular therapy to improve the efficacy of cancer drug treatment. |
