| 摘 要：恶性肿瘤已成为我国重大的公共卫生问题，在国家卫生健康委员会和甘肃省卫生健康委员会的全力支持下，甘肃省癌症中心、甘肃省肿瘤登记中心自2005年起在兰州市五区开展肿瘤登记试点工作以来，探索模式、建立网络、开展培训和科学研究。目前已在全省15个市州建立了肿瘤登记处、86个肿瘤登记点，覆盖甘肃省2 502万人口，在甘肃省肿瘤登记历史上具有里程碑的意义。为有效减轻恶性肿瘤疾病负担，甘肃省建立了以人群为基础的肿瘤登记体系，定期向社会发布癌症报告，更有目标性和针对性地开展癌症综合防控工作，肿瘤防治成效显著。全文就甘肃省肿瘤登记工作的建立、发展和防治策略优化等进行总结。 |

| Abstract： Malignant tumor has become a major public health problem in our country. With the full support of National Health Commission and Gansu Provincial Health Commission， Gansu Provincial Cancer Center and Gansu Provincial Cancer Registry started pilot cancer registration projects in five districts of Lanzhou municipality in 2005， and the registration models have been explored， the registration networks have been established， staff training and scientific research have been carried out since then. At present， 15 municipal or prefecture cancer registries with 86 county cancer registration spots have been established in Gansu Province， covering a total of 25.02 million people. In order to effectively reduce the disease burden of malignant tumors， the population-based cancer registration system regularly issues cancer reports to the public and government policy makers to ensure the cancer prevention and control more targeted and cancer treatment more effective. This paper summarizes the establishment， development and strategy optimization of cancer registration in Gansu Province. |
