摘要：辽宁庄河胃癌防治工作始于1984年，迄今已走过40年发展历程。全文回顾了庄河从胃癌高发区到健康县域全民健康管理示范基地的建设成果及经验，探讨了癌症高发地区肿瘤防治工作可持续发展的运行模式，为推进我国肿瘤早诊早治提供理论参考及实践范例。

Abstract： In Zhuanghe City of Liaoning Province， the Gastric Cancer Early Diagnosis and Treatment Project began in 1984. This paper reviews the development history of Zhuanghe from a high-risk area for gastric cancer to a healthy county national health management demonstration base in the past 40 years， and explores a sustainable development mode for cancer prevention and treatment in areas with high incidence， to provide practical experiences for formulation and implementation of cancer control strategies in China.
