Alternative Splicing (AS) has an important impact on tumour development by altering the splicing pattern of mRNAs and increasing the diversity of proteins. It has been found that AS is not only involved in the genesis and development of NSCLC, but also affects the migration and invasion ability of NSCLC, as well as tumour angiogenesis, which in turn affects tumour growth and metastasis. In summary, AS plays a complex and critical role in NSCLC, and its in-depth study is expected to bring new strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer. |
