      可变剪接(Alternative Splicing,AS)通过改变mRNA的剪接模式,增加了蛋白质的多样性,对肿瘤发展具有重要影响。研究发现,AS不仅参与NSCLC的发生和发展,还影响肺癌细胞的迁移和侵袭能力,以及肿瘤的血管生成,进而影响肿瘤的生长和转移。综上所述,AS在NSCLC中扮演着复杂而关键的角色,对其深入研究有望为肺癌的诊断和治疗带来新的策略。
英文摘要:
      Alternative Splicing (AS) has an important impact on tumour development by altering the splicing pattern of mRNAs and increasing the diversity of proteins. It has been found that AS is not only involved in the genesis and development of NSCLC, but also affects the migration and invasion ability of NSCLC, as well as tumour angiogenesis, which in turn affects tumour growth and metastasis. In summary, AS plays a complex and critical role in NSCLC, and its in-depth study is expected to bring new strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
